Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 22, 2026
Flowmail ("we," "us," or "our") is an email marketing automation service for Shopify brands, operated by Brigitte Bettinardi. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our website and services at flowmail-4gxs.polsia.app.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly
- Contact information — your name and email address, submitted via our lead capture or audit request forms.
- Shopify store URL — the URL of the Shopify store you want audited.
- Revenue range — a self-reported revenue bracket, selected during form submission.
Information collected automatically
- Shopify store analytics — when you request an audit, we analyze publicly available information about your Shopify store (email signup forms, pop-ups, visible marketing flows) to generate your audit report.
- Usage data — standard web analytics including pages visited, referral source, and browser type, collected via the Meta Pixel and our analytics beacon.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Audit report generation — we use your store URL and publicly available store data to produce a personalized email marketing audit report.
- Email nurture sequence — after you request an audit, we send a short automated email sequence (up to 3 emails) with your audit findings and service information. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Service delivery — if you subscribe, we use your information to deliver our email marketing optimization services.
- Payment processing — we pass payment details to Stripe to process subscriptions. We do not store your credit card information.
- Advertising — we use the Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns and serve relevant ads.
3. Third-Party Services
We share your information with these third-party services, solely to operate Flowmail:
| Service | Purpose | Data shared |
|---|---|---|
| Stripe | Payment processing | Email, subscription plan selection |
| Postmark | Transactional email delivery | Email address, email content |
| Meta (Facebook) Pixel | Advertising measurement | Page visits, conversion events |
| Polsia Platform | Application hosting & infrastructure | All data necessary to run the service |
Each service is governed by its own privacy policy. We do not sell your personal information to any third party.
4. Data Retention
- Lead and audit data — retained for 2 years from the date of collection, or until you request deletion, whichever comes first.
- Subscription data — retained for the duration of your subscription plus 1 year after cancellation for billing record-keeping.
- Email sequence state — retained for 90 days after the sequence completes or you unsubscribe.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Deletion — request that we delete your personal data. We will comply within 30 days.
- Unsubscribe — opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in each email.
- Correction — request correction of inaccurate personal data.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at flowmail@polsia.app.
6. Cookies & Tracking
We use the Meta Pixel and a lightweight analytics beacon that stores a randomly generated visitor ID in your browser's local storage. No cookies are set by Flowmail directly. The Meta Pixel may set its own cookies per Meta's cookie policy.
7. Security
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) for data in transit. Application data is stored in a secured PostgreSQL database with access restricted to authorized services only.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of Flowmail after changes constitutes acceptance.
